Terms of Service
1. Service description
HippoDailyVibes (operated at hippo.day) is a personal automation tool that schedules and publishes its creator's own short-form videos to the creator's own connected social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram) through the official platform APIs. It is run by an independent solo creator based in Valencia, Spain (European Union).
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using HippoDailyVibes you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Accounts and connections
The service connects to social media accounts via OAuth. You connect your own accounts and are solely responsible for those accounts, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the content you choose to publish through the service.

HippoDailyVibes operates within the terms of each connected platform, and you must also comply with those terms when you use the service:

You may not use the service to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, spammy, or that violates any platform's policies. You are responsible for the content you publish through the service and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to it.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you create and publish. The HippoDailyVibes name, branding, and the website at hippo.day belong to the operator and may not be used without permission.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for platform outages, API changes, or actions taken by the platforms against any account (including suspensions or content removal).
8. Termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time. You can end your use by disconnecting your accounts through each platform's app-permissions settings or by contacting us at privacy@hippo.day.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at https://hippo.day/terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
